6 simple steps in building our mental strength!

1. Perform Dhuha prayer every morning.

Abu Zharr reports that the Prophet sallallahu aleihi wasallam said: "Charity is required from every part of your body daily. Every saying of 'Glory be to Allah' is charity. Every saying of 'Praise be to Allah' is charity. Every saying of 'There is no God but Allah' is charity. Every saying of 'Allah is the Greatest' is charity. Ordering the good is charity. Eradicating the evil is charity. And what suffices for that (as a charity) are the two rak'at of duha." This is related by Ahmad, Muslim, and Abu Dawud.

2. Read the holy quran after Subuh prayer EVERYDAY.

17:78
Sahih International
Establish prayer at the decline of the sun [from its meridian] until the darkness of the night and [also] the Qur'an of dawn. Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed. Surah al-Israk verse 78.

3. Tahajud every night.

17:79
Sahih International
And from [part of] the night, pray with it as additional [worship] for you; it is expected that your Lord will resurrect you to a praised station. Surah al-Israk verse 79.

4. Eat raisins, dates and also honey.

Imam Az-Zuhri said : Those who seek to memorize the hadith should eat raisins.

It was reported by Abu Naaim, abu Daud, Al-Hakem, Al Imam Al Tirmizi and mentioned in the book of The prophetic medicine that prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h said : The one who eats 7 dates in the morning will be protected that day from poison and envy.

The Prophet Muhammad (sw) once said, By HIM in whose hand is my soul, eat honey. For there is no house in which honey is kept for the angels will not ask for mercy. If a person eats honey, a thousand remedies enter his stomach and a million diseases will come out. If a man dies and honey is found within him, fire [burning of hell] will not touch his body.” The prophet (s.a.w.s.) himself used to drink a glass of honey and water each morning on an empty stomach.
5. Zikrullah.
13:28
Sahih International
Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah . Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured." Surah Ar-Raad verse 28.

6. Always seek for Allah's forgiveness (Istighfar).
71:10

71:11

He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in [continuing] showers. And said, 'Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Indeed, He is ever a Perpetual Forgiver. Surah Nuh verse 10 and 11.
